Find answers to common questions about the Government Agenda Tracking System.
To register for an account:
- Click the "Register" button on the home page
 - Fill in your personal information (name, email, department)
 - Choose your role within your department
 - Submit the registration form
 - Wait for approval from your department administrator
 - Check your email for the activation link once approved
 
                                
                                Note: You must use your official government email address for registration.
                            
                        To reset your password:
- Go to the login page
 - Click "Forgot Password?" link
 - Enter your registered email address
 - Check your email for a password reset link
 - Click the link and create a new password
 
                                
                                If you don't receive the email within 10 minutes, check your spam folder or contact support.

To manage notifications:
- Click your profile icon in the top right
 - Select "Account Settings"
 - Go to the "Notifications" tab
 - Toggle notification types on/off
 - Save your preferences
 
                                
                                Tip: You can also manage notifications from the notification dropdown in the top navigation.
                            
                        Access is controlled by user roles:
User Roles
- User: Basic access
 - Manager: Department management
 - Admin: System administration
 - Reviewer: Review and approval
 - Auditor: Audit and compliance
